Morning of July 3 2019, Seminar on Blockchain Technology

On the morning of July 3 2019, Professor Liang Xiubo gave a seminar on Blockchain Technology and Application to international students on Yuquan Campus. Prof. Liang's lecture included two parts: introduction to blockchain and blockchain application. In the first part, it mainly introduced the origin, concept, basic characteristics, working principle, technology community, development trend and industrial distribution of global blockchain project, and so on. The second part included the typical application cases such as Bitcoin, domestic leading and self-controlled blockchain technology framework platform and technical breakthroughs which were independently developed by Interesting Chain Technology Company. In view of the concept of blockchain, international students asked questions very actively.

Afternoon of July 3 2019, Lecture on  Computer Vision

On the afternoon of July 3 2019, Professor Xi Li gave a speech on Theory and Application of Visual Structure Learning for international students on Yuquan Campus. Starting from the development and change of computer vision field, Professor Li Xi introduced the core research concept of a scientific researcher in terms of the development of artificial intelligence and shared how the idea of artificial intelligence can guide research with his years of profound insights. Then Professor Li Xi showed some of his research results to the students, shared the motivation and ideas of each research, and guided the students how to practice AI correctly. In Q&A session, many students posed the problems encountered in the research process. Professor Li Xi provided many constructive suggestions to students. The atmosphere was warm.
